I am originally from Wisconsin but haven't been there in 20 years. When I heard of the whole union battle, I was disheartened. I wonder if he plans on running for President?Response by Col Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 23 at 2015 10:02 PM2015-04-23T22:02:38-04:002015-04-23T22:02:38-04:00Sgt Aaron Kennedy, MS615391

Systemic Failure. This is not a Left/Right issue. This is an "Abuse of tools" issue.

The fact that "John Doe Investigations" exist makes my blood boil.

What can be abused by one side, can just as easily be abused by the other. The article just highlights a case where it happened to be abused by one side.

We can argue all day long that one side is more prone to abuse a specific tool than the other. However I'm sure counterexamples of other tools can be raised for every one presented. There are no angels in a war like this. There is no more high ground. Our Framers would have shook their head in disgust had we explained this "process" and I have little doubt that good old General Washington wouldn't have flogged or shot some of these offenders just for good measure.Response by Sgt Aaron Kennedy, MS made Apr 24 at 2015 9:00 AM2015-04-24T09:00:40-04:002015-04-24T09:00:40-04:00PO3 Steven Sherrill615542

The sad thing is, this is the kind of thing that leads to Police Officers being shot by law abiding citizens. In the best case scenario, the officer is not killed. In the worst case scenario, the officer is killed, and the citizen is charged with murder. The culture needs to be changed. This United States of America is not a Police State. The person or people authorizing this behavior need to be held accountable for their actions.

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

I am pretty sure that somewhere in the oath that these people took when assuming their office there was a provision pertaining to supporting the Constitution. I would say that this behavior makes them Oath Breakers. It may seem silly to use that term, but that is not something that should be taken lightly. They should be required to resign. They break the oath, they are not worthy of keeping their position.

http://thefreethoughtproject.com/prosecutor-seeking-death-penalty-officer-killed-knock-raid/

Then after the public unions he lied and attacked the private sector unions. He did it by ramming laws through because of the Republican Party numbers. As far as Johe Doe goes, numerous workers for his campaign have been tried and sentence to jail and out of the blue a Republican judge dismissed the John Doe. Big and I mean big republican businessman are bank rolling his agenda's. He has put things in his state budget that have nothing to do with financial thing to take away programs that assist the middle-class.

And for the record I am neither political party, I vote on issues.Response by SSgt Robert Jorgensen made Apr 24 at 2015 4:31 PM2015-04-24T16:31:01-04:002015-04-24T16:31:01-04:00CPT Ahmed Faried1612653

Sensational thread title at best.
