Just started the DEP and I received IS/ATF for my Job. Is there anything I should expect about the job/Schooling?

Jobe Androckits Welcome to RallyPoint Jobe. I know that you are looking forward to your Army Career. I could not find any Information on ATF. What does ATF stand for?

It is for the navy, I believe it means Advanced Technical Field although I could be wrong.

Jobe Androckits - My mistake. I was looking at the Army commands. I did find this for the Navy.

Welcome to the intel community! Sorry for the late reply, I don't use RP very much. I'm ISC Clemente and I've been to the schoolhouse a couple times already, once in 2009 when I joined, and again in 2020 when I needed to get a new NEC.
The school can be a little tough, but it's not so much that most people can't handle. I don't know the exact statistics but it has a very low dropout rate. You may be expected to stay after class for additional study time for certain sections. If you decide not to, and you fail the assignment, you will not be given any leeway as you would if you put in the extra effort. At this time, you will not go to a "C" school after your "A" school. "A" school teaches you how to be an IS, "C" school goes a step further into a more specialized area of intel.
I could go on about how the work is, but I'd probably reach the character limit for this response. If you have any specific questions, don't hesitate to reach out!
Here are some resources for you get an idea of what we do.
