However Operational Readiness indicates I have a code, '"F" (financial). Does this effect my clearance in any way? Make it an interim, etc? If my Operational Readiness indicates I have a code, '"F" (financial), does this effect my clearance in any way? 2024-09-24T12:35:10-04:00 Private RallyPoint Member 8875199

JPAS, Self Service, and IPPS-A all indicate I have a security Clearance. That went away around 2021... it's been DISS since then.

I assume you mean DISS...and you talked to your security manager? What or who is "operational readiness?" I was a security manager at BN, BDE and Division levels and just did security manager for 2 years until I retired this year. I have never heard of a "F" code for operational readiness.

Do you have debt? You should know. And if you don't, your security manager can look in DISS - if it says "adjudication in process" on your record, then something triggered that at DCSA. If your security manager or you don't know, they can call DCSA help desk or email them to find out what they're tracking.

No you don't go to an interim if you clearance is flagged. Interims are issued only when someone is pending a favorable adjudication of their clearance - such as if someone has an open with Advanced NAC for S or TS they can request a interim S or TS but it's only locally applied. Interim SCI has to go through DCSA and only grants 2 caveats. And only for open with Advanced NAC complete on a T5.

The only person who can find out anything about your clearance status is your security manager. (Usually S2 in the Army).
