Not sure if Webb runs as an Independent it will have any effect on the Repub Primary..He is going to hold a press conference later today...

Sounds to me like he's doing for the Dems what Trump has threatened to do if he doesn't get the Repub nomination.

What is he polling at, 1% or so with democrat primary voters? Not sure he will do much better as an independent. He needs to figure out why he is not tracking with primary voters. My opinion is that he is not left enough for the average democrat primary voter.

You have to admire his sticktoitiveness, but Sen Webb has barely registered a blip in the polls. It is too bad; he has some good ideas. But you'd never know about his ideas from the debate, because he barely spoke and didn't seem prepared at all to articulate his views.
