JFO- looking for advice as I go through the JFO course.

Hey everyone. I've just started my JFO class and would like any and all helpful tips to aid in the course. What to look out for ect. Thank you

Take 1-2 hours every night to go through the next days mission. You will be able to prep about 50% of your 9 line sheet before you are in the hot seat.. If you ever find your self having trouble talking on the aircraft, remember these 5 words.. "Tell me what you see" let the pilot work for you. It will help keep it smooth. Good luck

Make sure you have plenty of time each night to prep. You'll get a binder with all the missions in it. Don't move ahead. Prep each night for the following day's mission. Attention to detail is key. Focus and highlight the JMTL requirements and be certain to nail those on each mission. Most of all... RELAX. All the failures we had were because of nerves. It's okay to be a little nervous to sharpen your mind some, but keep it under control. If you've been a fister for a while you probably have been exposed to all of the material already. Good luck!

Hey thanks for the advice. This couldn't of happened at a worse time as I go in advon to NTC just a few days after course completion.

Hey everyone. I would like to say thank you for the advice. I toke it applied it and I passed the course. Thank you for the help and I will pass advice to the next gen if JFO's.
