What I mean is, if someone does not do whatever it takes within the law to enforce it, defend it, or prosecute it, then they are not committed to that job. While the other implication is the underlying questoon, how far would you go to win? Meaning that one might violate someone's rights to get a successful prosecution or defense. Neither are suitable for anyone in the justice system. Everyone must be fully committed to justice, not the result. Justice is achieved when the process plays out and because of that process a result is achieved. I've known several attorneys over the years who have a "win at all costs" mentality. Serving Justice is a distant second for them. Everyone should work hard to, "legally win". There is nothing wrong with working hard to legally win and getting the wolf.

I think and reading the comments you're asking is how far will someone go to win... Legal or not legal. The answer should be is NEVER... But we are all human. At times some, and some all the time loses sight on why we are here! To go after the wolf you need to remember a sheep dog isn't the wolf we are here to protect and sometimes we don't always do it because the wolf will do anything to get the sheep! The sheep dog has a standard and a oath that they have promise to up hold! We can't save everyone all the time! However, wait long enough and the wolf will get caught.

Here is the flip side, I know far more attorneys (defense) (I didn't say ALL) that will lie, for their wolf and do far more dishonest shit then anyone to keep the wolf on the street... And always using the Guide that everyone is entitled to a fair defense. I agree everyone is entitled however, you have to be honest about the defense!

I've been in this field for the military nearly 20 years and on the civilian side 11 years in change. I've met dishonest sheep dogs and in the end they get there's! It's said to see! But, there are far more honest sheep dogs then the media /social media would allow you to believe! The true evil are those wolfs and wolfs disguised as a friend. SFC Giancarlo Rici Sun, 31 Jul 2016 14:39:39 -0400 2016-07-31T14:39:39-04:00 2016-07-30T23:40:34-04:00
