It said no to service connected injuries when I was in gathering of evidence now it's saying that as well for preparation for decision why?

I'm now in preparation for the final decision but why did it say no disability when I was in gathering of evidence as well I don't get it and now im worried I got denied of everything it has been a VA letter since gathering of evidence i don't understand freaking out

Your information is vague. If the letter is not sonehow identified as a final decision and they are asking for your evidence then it is as always. They are not going to list a rating before a decision, therefore the language could indicate no rating at this time.

Bottom line is that you have not provided us with enough information to support your question.

First, don't go just off of E-Benefits, it can run behind, and not show accurate information. Work with your VSO, that is what they are there for. It is possible that your claims were either found to be not service related, or that there wasn't enough to support them. It could also mean that they were all rated at 0%.
Contact your VSO, they can look that kind of information up.
