There’s a catch all in there about commander /higher authority can require licensing on items that are warranted. You may want to check local SOP also. As for cost them, I’m guessing any incident would be treated like an accident. Minor incident corrected with counseling and ones resulting in damage or injury to equipment and personnel would probably investigated and have a serious incident report. Minor/incidental fuel spills are non reportable but large spills would have to be reported(not sure the actual quantity) there’s a bunch CFRs and EPA regulations out there that the Army shadows in policies. It could “cost” them and anyone in their chain of command, depending on the scenario.Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 13 at 2018 7:40 AM2018-11-13T07:40:57-05:002018-11-13T07:40:57-05:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member4122944<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have inspected air craft refueling site in Afghanistan that had 1 92F NCO and his whole crew were other MOS's. In reality Big Army does not have enough 92F on its books to handle all those jobs, most of those slots are in the Reserves.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 13 at 2018 8:45 AM2018-11-13T08:45:41-05:002018-11-13T08:45:41-05:002018-11-13T03:49:32-05:00
