ISIS is at it again, messing with people's water supply this time. What's next?

The ISIS has seized control of Iraq's water supply (see article). Now the supplies to a vital city of Ramadi have been compromised. Where else are they heading with this? When and how can we stop them?? Who's funding all of this and how can we cut-off its funding???

That's inhumane. The Iraqi government should have the intestinal fortitude to do something.

When does the world say enough and finally take action to remove this cancer from the face of the world? These animals will stop at nothing to achieve their objectives. What is their objective? Do they even know what they are fighting for? Are they doing this because no one is there to stop them? World WAKE UP!!!! Where do they go after they conquer the middle east? Lets see...........Oh I got it Europe, Asia and over here! STOP THEM NOW!!!!
