Is your support of HRC more important than the Law and some would say your Oath of Military Service?

OK Rant Time. For months I have had to read from some that I still consider friends and from others not so much about how no one can say HRC sent or received classified material that was classified at the time. Well the FBI report is out. The lying skank sent and received 104 emails that where classified at the time as Top Secret or above. She Lied! She also said she turned over ALL work related material. She LIED. The FBI says there are over 3000 emails that are work related that she did not turn over. Another law broken. She said she did it so she only had to use one device. LIE. The FBI says multiple devices where used. This one isnt a law but is sure shows what kind of person she is. And after all this KNOWING she broke the law the fix is in and she is above the law. She put fellow brothers and sisters in the military in harms way for her convenience and now some of you are going to over look that. How do you look at yourselves in the mirror. I'm not a Trump fan but at least he didn't walk the fence for Treason. This lying skank did and should be in jail!!!

Not sure how supporting either low life candidate would be more important than the law or my oath of service. The choices are a lying millionaire or a lying billionaire. Yes Hillary should be in prison for what she did, you'd have a hard time fining someone on RP that would argue the opposite, but Trump's policies are, unconstitutional (closing/monitoring mosques), unlawful (torture/going after terrorists' families, which would be war crimes) or just logistically impossible (barring Muslims from entering the country/the wall plan). Based on those examples, supporting Trump would be just as bad simply based on the "support and defend the constitution" part of our oath enlistment.

this election year is one where someone would be justified to advocate in not voting at all based on our major party choices

If the Director of the FBI said there is no basis for charges, then I will believe him. He knows more than we do about the case. Did she lie, it would seem so. But then, as those on the right are quick to point out, all politicians lie, so what.

There is nothing higher than Top Secret. The information in those emails were classified Secret and Top Secret. Some of them weren't labeled as being classified. If you email classified information, and were not aware that it was classified, did you break the law?

No. Now that I've said that what difference does it make? As I stated in another post, who the POTUS is has very little impact on the average member of the military. Someone below stated that all politicians lie, and that is a pretty fair statement. If this were not so why is PolitiFact routinely running pieces on what candidates have lied most during the primary season? We invaded Iraq based on a lie about WMD and have been at war ever since, does that fact have any impact on your Oath of Military Service? To say that the choices in this years election are anything but substandard is probably an understatement, but it is what it is. It's time to put the email witch hunt and the looming rape charges behind us and start demanding that both candidates start addressing issues that matter to the military and Americans in general.

PO2 It was reported that the FBI and Director Comey rewrote the statute so they could give Hillary a pass on the e-mail. I was always under the impression Congress wrote the laws. Since when are statutes and laws rewritten by the Agencies like the FBI and DHLS and the others. So support of HRC is not more important. If you believe otherwise you drinking to much Koolaid.

I think that she is a terrible candidate and does not deserve the title and power of POTUS, but if she is elected I will obey her orders and live up to my oath. just because she is a dirtbag doesn't mean I have a right to become one too.

Interesting spin on the use of Our Oath of Military Service, but you are trying to manipulate veterans to agree with you based on how you spin our service. Try applying military tactics and strategies to what Hillary has done and continuous to do, very good tactician.
