Is what this Congressman did with the Pope's water glass too extreme or a sign of an unbalanced politician?

I feel the need to start a show called "liberals do the darnedest things", I feel like it would be a hit with material like this. Isn't wasting police time with this kind of thing categorized as "fraud, waste and abuse".... Oh wait, he's a congressman, that's in the job description....

The water thing, IMO, seems a little ignorant. As far as the glass, I wouldn't do it but I do agree it is a neat piece of memorabilia.

I heard about this on the radio.. Think we have another member of congress who is not playing with a full deck of cards... He carried his devotion to the Pope just a bit too far..

Maybe Bob Brady was just thirsty. I've been at banquets where I finished someone else's water because the waiters/bus boys weren't responding to my need for a refill. Then again, maybe he has cancer and is looking for a miracle. In the end, I don't see a problem unless the Pope was left thirsty...
