Is this the turn of the tide for a major source of dysfunction in the military? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/is-this-the-turn-of-the-tide-for-a-major-source-of-dysfunction-in-the-military <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>This open letter, written by a woman Airman (who widely used a pen name) expresses the feelings of both the men and women of the Air Force, at least as I knew it to be. This sort of "protected class" business may have a place in civilian society, but, as shown here, is contrary to cohesive unit work environments and general esprit de corps. Very interesting. 1SG Private RallyPoint Member Fri, 15 May 2015 13:48:23 -0400 2015-05-15T13:48:23-04:00 Response by MSgt Private RallyPoint Member made May 15 at 2015 2:20 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/is-this-the-turn-of-the-tide-for-a-major-source-of-dysfunction-in-the-military?n=670922&urlhash=670922 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Damn!! This woman just spoke the truth and nothing but the truth! Very interesting that she takes her stance this way and I applaud her for that. I just hope her letter gains some traction and these classes will change for the better or go away and become a CBT. I am pleased with the support they have for victims but unfortunately these classes do nothing to prevent sexual assault. It is addressed to the SARC, but is aimed at the system in general. Kudos to this airman for speaking her mind.
