SGT Private RallyPoint Member I work for the Navy and it is rapid, here and there since I work with a lot or retirees and active duty Veterans. For the most part that's a ROGER!

I work for an Outstanding Company with some Superb Individuals but that being said the 2 industries that I have worked in since I retired from the Navy, Esprit de Corps is a Pretty Foreign Concept. Of course there is plenty in the Company Propaganda and Pamphlets but not really. All Mighty Dollar rules.

In certain divisions and geographical locations of the company there is 100% Espirit de Corp! Other divisions must be a 'yes' person . Company has 170,000 plus employees and worth greater then $20 billion. Many different personalities, styles, personal agendas. Extremely competitive to the point sometimes being cut throat. Sadly the companies depict corp. America.

I work for USACE and it is the best place I have ever worked. I work with an amazing group of professionals and my boss is awesome. I am totally going to ride out my remaining 24 years with USACE because of it.
