Of course there is plenty in the Company Propaganda and Pamphlets but not really. Other divisions must be a 'yes' person . Company has 170,000 plus employees and worth greater then $20 billion. Many different personalities, styles, personal agendas. Extremely competitive to the point sometimes being cut throat. Sadly the companies depict corp. I work with an amazing group of professionals and my boss is awesome.
