Don't worry these Vets are the same people who understand and shares their stories during our time in Iraq/Afghanistan. My particular group are from the OIF/OEF campaign. We discuss things like coping skills and how we are not just civilians, we are "civilians plus" because of our military background. Speaking from myself, I would say never be ashamed to seek help, I have found talking about my issues with other Vets has benefited me and still today I attend these meetings.
