Also, send copies of any training certs and/or check to see if the course(s) is ACE (American Counsel of Education)-evaluated. If you go the brick-and-mortar route, look for internships with the college SVO. If you want certs, check out VCTP. If you have more questions, ask and use more tags so more people see it.<br /><br />Work on some projects to supplement your college work, and later talk with DAV for help with upgrading your discharge. There should be a DAV near you. I believe that's your military education transcript. I had to print mine out before separation. It basically contains everything you "learned" in the military from boot camp classes and PME courses to the optional classes we take for promotion. It'll even break down how many credits each thing is worth. And most of the time, you won't know what will or won't be accepted until you're talking to a counselor or advisor. My assumption is you finished Basic and Tech school which could get you some credits depending on your AFSC but if your tech school wasn&#39;t evaluated by ACE, you won&#39;t get any credits. Had you completed your CCAF, you would be in a better position as some schools will transfer that as an associates degree. I&#39;m not 100% sure but I don&#39;t think the JST covers AF.
