I’ve requested one and it took 48 hours and I’ve also waited 3 weeks. The issue the documents are pulled from some repository and it’s someone that has to pull them and verify true copy them. I know this doesn’t expidite it for you but it does give you a little bit backstory into the process. Given the current environment just be patient.
