My family lives in NY and I take leave to NY when I can. With that being said, NY doesn't accept ANY of the 49 other states' pistol permits. From what I am told, getting a NY State pistol permit can take upwards of a year. Is there anyway to get a pistol permit for military who are rarely in the state?
