Recognition for safe driving (POV) might fall within the realm expected of good conduct awards, and certainly safety awards that your military unit or command might provide. You can get a Motorcycle Safety Foundation Basic Rider Course Badge if you complete that course. If you're asking about driver badges associated with military vehicle operation, those would include Motor Vehicle Operator Badge and the Driver and Mechanic Badge. Those are easy to look up for more details.
