Is there a word or phrase that, when spoken, makes your blood boil instantly?

I have a friend that would laugh in a leader's face if the word "irregardless" came out of their mouth. Another guy that I served with wanted to go to blows if anyone punctuated a statement with the phrase "check, rog". I've always been annoyed with incorrect uses of the words good and well. Is there a word or phrase that drives you batty?

"Prep-a-tory" rather than "Pre-pare-a-tory" (preparatory) as I learned in the NCO Academy in 1963.

"Would you like fries with that?" Absolutely dumbest damn question ever, of course I do, and I want them Super sized! Sorry, Joseph, that's all I got. I try not to get too upset, although I did serve with someone that had the same irregardless issue.
