Is there a ways that I can view or access my hero photo/DA photo online?

i want to be able to see my hero photo so that i can download it to my computer

If by "hero photo" you mean your DA photo, then it's in your iPERMS or at DAPMIS (should be in both locations).

You don't get a DA photo until you are a SSG. But when you do have a DA Photo, you can download it from iPERMS.

If by "hero photo" you mean the mugshot they took at BCT or at your unit, I don't have an answer for you. The one at BCT was an outside portrait company, like your high school yearbook, and the one at a unit was just someone with a camera.

Is it not the one that's on the STP on IPPS-A? I feel like the picture I saw on there was the one I took in my unit during a SRP last year and they said it was the "hero photo." It's definitely not any official DA photo lik in dress uniform that I ever took.
