On my civilian side our BN is able to see what is missing or incomplete with your ARNET account request. I spent multiple attempts and hours trying to do this over the past year and was never successful. I ended up just calling the local recruiting office and identifying myself and asking if I could log into the system to assign a course in ATTRS to myself so I could complete it and they were fine with it. If you live near a local military base go on post to the library. They usually always have 1 or 2 computers in the system that you can get into most systems you would need.Response by MAJ Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 17 at 2021 9:37 PM2021-03-17T21:37:03-04:002021-03-17T21:37:03-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member6839353

No, you can not access remotely on a personal computer. You can use citrix.
Pros: Keeps your AR current (counts as a login)
Gives you access to any Site that requires a Govt PC
Once its installed, its is as reliable as the network (yours and theirs)

CONS: a pain inthe neck to get working as I have not found any 100% reliable instructions
Work well with older version of IE, but it will work in chrome (although they seem to have
made changes which cause it to error out)
Seems to be rather finicky lately

I would check with your S6 or local helpdesk for guidance as its possible its no longer in use.

SGT SmithResponse by SSG Kevin S. made Jul 9 at 2021 5:26 PM2021-07-09T17:26:15-04:002021-07-09T17:26:15-04:002021-03-17T10:27:40-04:00
