Is there a USASOC Memo regarding the rescinded No hat/No salute order?

Curious to see if there is an actual memorandum for the rescinded no hat/no salute order out there. Currently, I am under 1st SFG(A) along with the email distro that comes with being in the unit. I am also still part of my previous unit's email traffic, 10th SFG(A) (should've been removed) but, I see emails from both units and both Group Commanders made it seem they have made their own decision on it. I'm probably missing part of the email unless it's not USASOC-wide. Anyway, I'm not fighting anything here, it is a lawful order and I will always respect that. I say again, I'm only curious.

The local commanders policy is what you should follow.

You should be able to find all policy letters on your Group SharePoint and the USASOC SharePoint.

Local area Commander has discretion. Different Unit Commanders may choose to run their areas differently.
