Three months is a long time and the military aint just gonna wait on you to give them their gear or their money. Since they took the money Id say the best bet is to either sell the gear for as much as you can or see if they can buy it back from you, but it sounds as if they've written off the gear and are going to have you pay for it. I guess you can call your unit supply and see, but don't you think 90 days is a long time for someone waiting to get gear? You do now that if the garnishment didn't cover it all, they will come looking for more! Also why you just didn’t stay in?

You must wasn’t reserve or national guard cause AD wouldn’t let you leave base until you clear.

If you really need the money then talk to recruiter now and go active cause if your situation that bad then you may can get a bonus or reclass and get a bonus!! When you are trying to extend or your ETS is approaching, you don't ever trust to leave it in the hands of someone else unless you are constantly hounding them for updates.

Regardless, you might want to contact them. If this tax refund didn't cover the full cost of your equipment, the government is eventually going to start garnishing your paychecks or even next year's tax refund to recover the rest.
