Who is this they? I'm sure the intent is for a more paperless/transferable record in a similar way the S1 has done.<br /><br />Sadly it seems every command has a different translation of the standard. I would suggest calling your battalion S3 which will make your life easy before your next OIP.<br /><br />DTMS is your database of record.
