Is there a place that issues passports on base or do we have to go through the post office? Does anyone know about amending a passport? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/is-there-a-place-that-issues-passports-on-base-or-do-we-have-to-go-through-the-post-office-does-anyone-know-about-amending-a-passport <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div> Wed, 14 Feb 2018 15:51:47 -0500 Is there a place that issues passports on base or do we have to go through the post office? Or are you trying to get one to travel/vacation? I noticed on another thread that you&#39;re at Hood. The Copeland Center can do the PCS Passports for free, but you won&#39;t be able to leave the country you&#39;re going to and won&#39;t even be able to have any layovers with it. Your best bet is to just go to the 10th Street Post Office, costs money but allows you to do a lot more with it.
