Does anyone know about amending a passport? 2018-02-14T15:51:47-05:00 Private RallyPoint Member 3354339 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div> Is there a place that issues passports on base or do we have to go through the post office? Or are you trying to get one to travel/vacation? I noticed on another thread that you&#39;re at Hood. The Copeland Center can do the PCS Passports for free, but you won&#39;t be able to leave the country you&#39;re going to and won&#39;t even be able to have any layovers with it. Your best bet is to just go to the 10th Street Post Office, costs money but allows you to do a lot more with it.
