See AR600-8-22. Para 9-11<br /><br />"f. Subsequent awards. Additional awards of the NATO Medal are indicated by wearing a bronze service star on the ribbon of the NATO Medal. Note - awards listed on a DD-214 are NOT listed in order of precedence.
