A Primary care doctor will not write you a letter. White coat syndrome is not a real diagnosis of a mental disorder. Think about rainbows and puppies and your favorite food and your bf or gf seeing you on a flashy uniform. Be calm not need to be nervous. Just be truthful and follow directions. If you’re high for blood pressure you’ll have a few chances to redo it before you will asked to try again another day. If it’s super high they may ask you to see a doc afterward. But do not bring a doctors note it will be thrown out and you’ll be laughed at.Response by SGT(P) Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 24 at 2020 6:26 PM2020-01-24T18:26:29-05:002020-01-24T18:26:29-05:00CSM Darieus ZaGara5479744<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>This may be so, however it is the doctor that must clear you. Doubtful. I would say do everything you can to lower it, daily exercise , strict diet, garlic supplements ectResponse by SPC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 24 at 2020 8:00 PM2020-01-24T20:00:49-05:002020-01-24T20:00:49-05:002020-01-24T17:47:48-05:00
