<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I don't see how they'll get this to fly.  In order to prove that it is racially based they would have to show that it is a requirement for soldiers of a specific race to look that way.  There is no reason that a soldier has to wear or look like the way they are requesting to appear.  Yes, it is taking a freedom of choice away from a soldier and I am opposed to any form of legistation or regulation which impinges upon a soldier or any person's right to express themself, but the Army does that a lot.
