I know my reasons for joining and my reasons for staying in have shifted slightly. I am still happy to be here but am open minded for what the future holds. Why did you all join and what keeps you motivated for staying in?Is the Military still right for you? Think about why you joined and why you are still here. I'm interested in finding out.2014-08-15T11:52:20-04:00MAJ Private RallyPoint Member204992<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>There is nothing wrong with it being time for you to leave the miltary. I grew up watching military movies and always wanted to serve in one of the branches. I am getting close to retirement and can't wait for it to come some day. As of now, I wouldn't want to leave until I served my time in the Army. Once that comes, I will sit on the front porch and relax some....before I find another job.Response by CPT Jacob Swartout made Aug 15 at 2014 1:06 PM2014-08-15T13:06:11-04:002014-08-15T13:06:11-04:00PO2 Private RallyPoint Member205123<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If I was not disabled I would stay in and serve AT LEAST 20 years. Why you ask? Because I love helping people.
