China is building its forces in Tibet along the border with India in two separate places; Nathu La in Sikkim and Pangong Tso in J&K. The Dragon has recalled all its citizens from India. China has been blamed for leaking and spreading Covid-19 and the initial spread heavily attacked France, Germany, Russia, the UK, Italy, Spain and the U.S. Russia, UK and the U.S. are permanent fixtures of the UNSC, Germany is a non-permanent member and the rest are all fatalities along the way. The BRICS was an attempt to cajole support from developing countries for a replacement to the World Bank and the IMF, which have predominantly been ruled by the U.S. and its European allies. Is China trying to dominate and change the world order?

I think that the Covid situation is a possible tipping point, but I think both China and the US has been setting the stage heavily for a war for the last 18-24 months and gradually over the past few decades.

With US politicians speaeheading a massive lawsuit against China for losses due to the pandemic, honestly I'm expecting China to throw us a one finger salute and things escalate from there.

It is not a conspiracy if it is correct. However, it will be hard to prove.
The covid-19 clinical is showing to be much more than a virus that has transferred from bats to humans. The younger patients have been having a much greater incidence of stroke. Blood thinners have been given straight away to ward off this unusual action. Also, the virus itself attacks T-cells (An HIV type action). Another odd report.
I do not think we are going to know the true truth of this event. China sure was losing an economic war with the US for over 3.5yrs and did not tell anyone for at least 6wks. This Pandemic happened just in the nick of time for China to gain some economic war relief and gain a new POTUS. One that does not have American best interest in mind. But the best interest of the global agenda of open borders and anemic socialist economies.
The world system always performs evil and nefarious deeds to get it's agenda on the right track. I suspect, this info of your's CPT will cause a reaction. A better economic deal?
