Is the Armed Forces Service Medal and a The Humanitarian Service Medal worth any promotion points?

I just heard that me and my buddies might be awarded both medals and I was wondering if that will help me in my career with promotion or progress opportunities in the future

The AFRM is worth 10 points. I don't think the Humanitarian is worth any. But get with your S1 to verify the Humanitarian
