It is worth 64 points and a lot of medics of the clinic of the base I am on has it added to their records. It has an ATRRS course code of FER.

My issue is that AR 600-8-19 states that courses from Basic/AIT cannot be used for points, but I'm hearing from enlisted, NCOs, and SNCOs saying otherwise. 64 points for something that was done during AIT with the AR backing it up seems way too good to be remotely true yet I'm hearing otherwise. Wanted to bounce the question around and see if I can get anymore insight on it.Is TATS EMT-BASIC RECERT, from 68W AIT, worth any promotion points?2021-07-21T18:37:08-04:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member7124141

So I'm hearing that for a 68W you can add a course to your Military Education section of your SRB/PPW with your AIT cert called TATS EMT-BASIC RECERT.
