I would assume that is to separate the wheat from the chaff. <div class="pta-link-card answers-template-image type-default"> <div class="pta-link-card-picture"> <img src="https://d26horl2n8pviu.cloudfront.net/link_data_pictures/images/000/027/438/qrc/profile.gif?1446319283"> </div> <div class="pta-link-card-content"> <p class="pta-link-card-title"> <a target="blank" href="http://www.armyreenlistment.com/imrepr.html">IMREPR Code (formerly ERUP)</a> </p> <p class="pta-link-card-description">Correct and accurate IMREPR codes not only affect retention; they also affect reclassification, reassignments, promotions, awards and decorations, attendance at civil or military schooling, retirement and family member travel to overseas commands.</p> </div> <div class="clearfix"></div> </div> 1stSgt Private RallyPoint Member Sat, 31 Oct 2015 15:23:31 -0400 2015-10-31T15:23:31-04:00 Response by CSM Michael J. While we want to keep the very best and we all claim that we do, too many times leadership will look for reasons not to be the bad guy when their name is on the line to call the shot.<br /><a target="_blank" href="http://www.armyreenlistment.com/imrepr.html">http://www.armyreenlistment.com/imrepr.html</a> <div class="pta-link-card answers-template-image type-default"> <div class="pta-link-card-picture"> <img src="https://d26horl2n8pviu.cloudfront.net/link_data_pictures/images/000/027/439/qrc/profile.gif?1446319375"> </div> <div class="pta-link-card-content"> <p class="pta-link-card-title"> <a target="blank" href="http://www.armyreenlistment.com/imrepr.html">IMREPR Code (formerly ERUP)</a> </p> <p class="pta-link-card-description">Correct and accurate IMREPR codes not only affect retention; they also affect reclassification, reassignments, promotions, awards and decorations, attendance at civil or military schooling, retirement and family member travel to overseas commands.</p> </div> <div class="clearfix"></div> </div> CSM Michael J. This has been a problem in the ARMY for more years then just yesterday. The ARMY just keeps going around in a circle. Even with that being said to me The ARMY is the best. It was my only hobby for 23.5 years. HOOAH. 1SG Ernest Stull Tue, 11 Aug 2020 06:01:37 -0400 2020-08-11T06:01:37-04:00 2015-10-31T15:15:04-04:00
