I&#39;d be willing to wager ad revenue doesn&#39;t even cover costs yet. Tech ventures aren&#39;t usually profitable for their first few years. Long term financial plan is to develop partnerships with companies looking to create partnerships with RP to hire veteran talent. Ads just help sustain the site as it approaches profitability.
