Is my unit in the wrong for scheduling double or triple the usual number of NCOs for staff duty over block leave? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/is-my-unit-in-the-wrong-for-scheduling-double-or-triple-the-usual-number-of-ncos-for-staff-duty-over-block-leave <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>So my unit started leave today and published the staff duty roster. This has 2 sometimes 3 NCO’s on duty and a lower enlisted runner, while normally throughout the rest of the year an NCO and runner have sufficed. The reasoning for this we were told was to deter people from taking shortened leave to only show up and leave after pt. I think this shows distrust and is being handled wrong. Duty rosters have a reg (too flippin old to remember) somewhere. I would talk to the 1SG, because this could be a question for the IG SGM Bill Frazer Fri, 15 Dec 2017 11:51:11 -0500 2017-12-15T11:51:11-05:00 2017-12-15T08:02:40-05:00
