Is morale better as a 35T or 35G?

I heard morale is better as a 35G. Most 35Gs get along unlike 35Ts there is a lot on tension

As a 35G, I rarely met Tangos in the line of work. You might need to hunt one down in their little caves to observe them in their natural habitat. In all seriousness, the ones that I did meet were proud of their work but also frustrated that they frequently get tasked to be IT rather than equipment specialists.

I can't speak to these MOS' but I can speak to morale in general. Morale is something that those in charge of you and those around you produce. I've been in some of the worst places on the planet and absolutely loved my time there because of the people I was with. And on the other hand, I've been in some pretty sweet places and was miserable because of the people there. While your MOS may play a factor into your morale, the biggest factors, IMHO, are outside of that.

I've spent a little time with both. 35G's are supposed to work hand in hand with my MOS (12Y) comprising GEOINT, though I've only been in one position where I worked along side of them. I didn't notice any morale differences; we all worked in the 2. If you plan on reclassing to one of these, I don't think you can go wrong with either of these choices.

In my unit the golfs all work together pretty well and get along. The tangos are constantly being harassed (mostly by the golfs) to fix our network switch and other issues that arise.

We were pretty close to each other in our 35G/96D shop. Our shop was also combined with the CGS people, so we had a large happy family. Of course things we need tenuous at times, but rarely. The 35T/33W people always had a lot on their plate down range, so I can understand how stressful it can be and why morale would not be as high for those guys as it may be for us, even though down range, it always has a tendency to fluctuate.

Tangos in my view have always been cute ass holes. The 35G community can be dicks too, however we look out for each other. Plus we always have 35F to rip into!
