I highly doubt it. However, I do know that one rich heir can certainly cause a very large percentage of Americans to become totally dependent on his cult of personality and his strongman leadership style, thereby letting him completely undermine our Democratic way of life.

First, you would have to murder the leadership. Kind of like in the 60's. Then, put in place a great society well-fair plan with two large sub-cultures with their own language and music. Like the Black and illegal alien sub-cultures. Then, do away with the moral law and buying members of government to enact legislation to destroy the American middle class. You could call it NAFTA AND GATT.
