They scheduled his SFAB training within 48 hours.<br /><br />If you’re unaware, just go to the HRC website and luck under “Hot topics”. They have contact methods, links and info in there. <br /><br />Good luck!Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 18 at 2018 5:16 PM2018-04-18T17:16:22-04:002018-04-18T17:16:22-04:001SG Private RallyPoint Member3557966<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Currently, SFAB trumps everything, regardless of current orders or time on station at current assignment. We’re talking about one of the CSA’s top priorities.Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 19 at 2018 9:07 AM2018-04-19T09:07:55-04:002018-04-19T09:07:55-04:00MSG Dan Castaneda3558047<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I would take Drill or Recruiting over SFAB.Response by MSG Dan Castaneda made Apr 19 at 2018 9:38 AM2018-04-19T09:38:52-04:002018-04-19T09:38:52-04:00SSG Jason Neumann3560838<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>SFAB has top priority over pretty much everything.Response by SSG Jason Neumann made Apr 20 at 2018 8:40 AM2018-04-20T08:40:30-04:002018-04-20T08:40:30-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member3601219<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I would highly recommend waiting until you’re an e6, with all your squad leader time, my unit had to plus up sfab one, and I as a junior e5 had to fill the ops nco role for their jrtc, it’s all battle tracking and mdmp; it’s not particularly hard but I think senior e6’s(the only 11 series the teams are even actually mtoe are 2 11b30‘s, 1 11b40, and an 03 11A) it’s be a good learning experience but it’s a self driven environment if you aren’t shit hot with Ops or sustainment, you’d be a liability to the team.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made May 4 at 2018 8:32 PM2018-05-04T20:32:17-04:002018-05-04T20:32:17-04:002018-04-18T12:36:10-04:00
