Is it time to disestablish the Constitution and Let the States & People Determine a New Political Future for Themselves?

Considering the recent Presidential election and the potential corruption, the Nation appears more divided than at any time since the 19th Century. Is it time for the disestablishment of the Constitution.

"Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America
"After ratification of this Amendment this Constitution of the United States of America is null and void and the United States of America is disestablished. All powers enumerated and unenumerated in this Constitution revert to the States or the People."

"Between the date of ratification and the date of disestablishment, Congress shall make laws necessary to support the disestablishment of this Constitution. During this period, it shall be legal for states and individuals to take actions preparing for the disestablishment of this Constitution. Congress shall make no law prohibiting such peaceable preparations."

"Date of disestablishment shall be 5th of July 2030 or five years after ratification whichever is later."

"This Amendment must be ratified by the states within 5 years of Congressional approval to be valid. Failing this ratification, it is moot."

Not only no but hell no! If anything we need to drag out the Constitution and enforce it. I would be all in on that. The DC swamp threw that out decades ago. How do you like our country now?

Establish Justice is the first of five objectives outlined in the 52-word paragraph that the Framers drafted in six weeks during the hot Philadelphia summer of 1787. They found a way to agree on the following basic principles:

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

No what we need is a Convention of States to add term limits and budget constraints! To add Identification requirements to vote! And take control of the Republic of the United States back from the Government!

"Potential corruption?" You want to dissolve the United States of America over.. "potential corruption" in an election?

Just to be clear about this. You, a retired Lt Col in the United States Air Force... want to end the United States of America as a country and replace it with... 50 unrelated, independant countries? You literally want to destroy America.

Hopefully you are only wanting to get a political discussion started and don't take this nonsense seriously. Our Constitution is only about 240 years old and I believe it has a couple of hundred more years to go.
