Drill Sgt school was weekend since its reserve so the school is a year or was then.

I would said on the side no. The VA is very black and white. If you're short, you're short. However, I would reach out to a Veteran Service Officer and see if they can help. Some times having a VSO on your side can help the VA pull their head out of their forth point of contact.

My last understanding of a Veteran was; you must must serve more than 180 days on active duty to be considered a Veteran. So 181 days on active duty should make you Veteran. As far as benefits go, you should check with a Veterans Organization, like DAV (Disabled American Veterans), American Legion, VFW.

I would think even being a reservist if you completed the required time on active duty that law requires you would be eligible ! The best one to answer that question is the VA regional office near you or your county veteran affairs officer who is supposed to help you with filing claims for benefits! Remember that if you have a service connected disability you may be eligible for vocational rehab henefots which are better that your regular GI bill.

You may, and you may not, it would depend on a host of things. Did you do a combat tour, awarded a purple heart? What year did you go in? A service connected disability? There is some gray area here, and there is not enough information to give you a clear definitive answer.
