When I go to the Reserve's HRC self-service site it also shows me as SSD/DLC 1 Complete and enrolled in ALC Phase 1. I do not have a Certificate of Graduation from BLC and while I did 4 years active and finishing my 10th in the reserves...I am not sure why its showing this, unless it is just a glitch or record error? There's even a warning when you log into ACT that mentions it.
