I would recommend not looking for an assignment at Belvoir until at least SGT. You need that tactical time before going to a strategic assignment. Like others have noted work tactical then go to a INSCOM unit it is honestly the best advice I received and done myself. Now with that being said if there is certain reasons why you need to move to this area then that’s understandable... for example closer to family due to medical reasons.
