Is it a good thing if your waiver comes back for being just under the 2-year timeline, but they don’t disqualify you for an RE-3 code?

Is it a good thing when your waiver comes back and they don’t disqualify you right then and there for getting back into the army with a Re 3 code ?
My waiver came back and I have to wait a extra month before it wasn’t 2 years exactly but on the good side I saw the Email and it didn’t say anything about disqualification. Just wondering is all

Not sure, what you are trying to get at, but some RE3 codes are waiverable.

It's neither here nor there. The requirement is 2 years. If it's submitted at 1 year, 11 months, and 29 days, it's going to be rejected and have to wait until the 2 year window closes. They won't decide DQ or Q until that window closes.

It means nothing other than the initial screening found you did not satisfy the time requirement for submitting your request.
