SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL129733<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>When I joined in 1989, discipline was the cornerstone of the Army, training, leadership and Military bearing was at a all time high. The 11 leadership principals and 9 competencies were a must for Leaders. NCOs had to take a Skills Qualification Test (SQT), and every NCO had to do Common Task Test (CTT). It's sad, in my opinion that shoot, move communicate skills are diminishing throughout the Army. I retire this year with 25 years and would love the leagacy to continue," No one is more professional, than I, I am a Noncommissioned Officer a leader of Soldiers!" Sound off and let's continue the leading, training, mentoring and winning our Nations wars!Is Discipline still the cornestone of the Army? You be the judge!2014-05-19T07:00:05-04:00SFC Joe S.
