Is anyone happy with the new VA.GOV website?

Has anyone seen improvements with the new VA.GOV? I submitted a claim via fax (it was a CUE so I couldn't do it on ebenefits) back in December. I still see no record of it.

I also have a claim that's been open since June of 2018. My last C&P was back in December and it's still showing that it wont' close until Dec of 2019. Is anyone noticing improvements with the new system?

There is no hope for VA. The adjustors can only do their best to kill you electronically, sell you to foreign Intel and steal from you. My regional office is a Russian cave or Troika and half the MD specialists do not appear to have college education. Good luck to us!

the CUE finally showed up. In on spot it says the decision has been made. IN another they combined it with another open claim. Depending on who I talk to depends on the information I get.

I just wish the information received was consistent. MY VSO can't see the closed claim at all.
