Is anyone else having issues when they are endorsing members?

It seems lately that whenever I endorse a member it sits there and spins like it is posting but it never stops. I "X" out and sometimes it takes the endorsement, other times I have to resubmit again. Just curious if maybe it is something with my computer or the site.
