Is anyone else affected by El Nino; besides San Francisco?

SPC Margaret Higgins I think the east coast is going thru some type of weather climate disturbance. I mean a blizzard /nor'easter winds combines in the state of Virginia.

Of course we are all affected, Toxins in the Shell Fish on our West Coast caused by warmer water means the Clams in my Clam Chowder are no longer coming from NORCAL, Washington or Oregon. Here in Kansas our extreme Wind Chills are normally in December, The year it is January. Snow Fall in Metro KC has been lower than in ages (Not that I'm Complaining about that though). I'm a Birder and the Bird Migrations are really screwy this year. Understand the Snow Dump in West Virginia where I used to live has finally gotten as bad as it was in the Early 80's. Oh yeah lots of effects. I get to watch the Missouri River everyday and I see the difference in the Ice Flows.
