If it has been greater than 9 months since his last APFT bit he has not failed one, Your supervising 79S could place a 9X IMREPR on the Soldier. Which would make him ineligible for reenlistment. Loss of PMOS qualification means the Soldier has lost one of the qualifications listed in DA PAM 611-21 for his MOS. In that event the Soldier would have a 9P code.
